Alicia received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in Administration from California State University of San Bernardino in 2006.  Alicia joined Hollencrest in November 2006. She is responsible for market and data entry, reconciliation, customer account administration and general administrative functions.
