DJ has over 6 years of client service and business development experience.  DJ attended the University of Southern California and received a Bachelors of Arts degree from the Annenberg School of Communication, as well as a Masters of Arts degree in Communication Management.  DJ began his career as an integral member of the development team at the Keck School of Medicine of USC, playing a critical role in the school’s $2 billion capital campaign soliciting major gifts from high net worth individuals to fund cutting edge medical technology and research.  After a successful tenure at USC, DJ led a group of professionals and volunteers at St. Mary and All Angels School in the planning, implementation and execution of a $10 million capital campaign, structured to build and complete St. Mary’s campus.  DJ continues to assist non-profits in their development goals and strategic initiatives – he is an active member of Gen-NeXt, a political action committee in Orange County.  He is also a California Co-Chairman for the “Aviators for McCain” program. Within the community, DJ is an active board member of “Miracles for Kids,” a charity who’s mission is to improve the lives of kids with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.  He also sits on the board of the USC/Marshall School of Business Alumni Association of Orange County, and is a member of the USC/Marshall Partners.  DJ's primary focus at Hollencrest is to build new relationships, strengthen existing partnerships, and further develop our mission of service and dedication to our clients.
