Nita performs  a multitude of vital functions for Hollencrest including acting controller and as the assistant to the Chief Compliance Officer.  Nita makes sure that Hollencrest is aware of, and complies with, the various regulatory rules and guidelines  instituted  by all of the  Federal, State and local regulatory  organizations that oversee the investment  and securities industry.  After attaining her Bachelor's Degree in Economics from UCI in 1990, she acquired a broad spectrum of skills in dealing with corporate management issues through positions she has held in the financial industry and other service related companies. Nita's capabilities enable her to be very effective and efficient in her various functions, and ensures  Hollencrest and the Managing Directors are in compliance  with the complex  financial reporting and constantly evolving regulatory regulations.
