We believe that the cornerstone to successful investing is the development, implementation, and monitoring of a custom Investment Policy Statement. Every client of Hollencrest Capital Management is provided a custom Investment Policy Statement, or IPS, which details their individual investment plan. The IPS articulates a client’s current financial situation, risk tolerance, investment goals, time horizon, income requirements, and target asset allocation. Assets will not be invested until the client is comfortable with the management process and has signed the IPS. Understanding your investment parameters allows us to build a realistic and long-term plan.
