Investment Strategy

At Hollencrest we employ the following investment strategy:

  1. Index those asset classes that historically have a high probability of market performance or underperformance (e.g. cash, short-term bonds, large-cap equity)
  2. Actively manage those asset classes with a high probability of out performance (e.g. , small-cap and mid-cap equities, international, real-estate, commodities and alternative)
  3. Access some of the better hedge funds and fund of funds as well as innovative investment and wealth management ideas
  4. Provide a consistent disciplined approach
  5. Reassess and rebalance periodically
  6. Continuously analyze strategies to efficiently protect asset transfer to the next generation or charity through advice on trusts, foundations, insurance products, tax minimization and gifting.
